Ten To One is back with its latest blend of Caribbean rums, this one its first cask-finished bottling. The first in an ongoing “Cask Select” series, this Oloroso Sherry Cask finish begins with a collection of rums sourced from Jamaica, the Dominican Republic, Barbados, and Trinidad, before finishing in ex-oloroso sherry barrels. No aging information available on this bottling.​

Oloroso is a variety of fortified wine made in Jerez and Montilla-Moriles and produced by oxidative aging.​

Nose excellent, sweet ripe fruit. First taste superb, hints of Sherry but not overpowering perfectly blended. Taste of ripe bananas raisins in dark brown sugar and rum dusted oatmeal.​
