Are all items on the website available for delivery?
Yes, all items as seen on the website are available to order for delivery up to 36 items. Items over 36 items must be picked up in-store. All deliveries occur between Monday – Friday.
How much does it cost to deliver?
Naughty Grape offers a flat rate of TT$25.00 for delivery to all areas open to delivery. If your order is over TT$2,000.00, delivery is free of charge.
What currency is used for your prices?
The Naughty Grape website lists all prices in TT dollars. However, when you complete an order, your invoice will be converted to US dollars.
Is the website secure?
The Naughty Grape online store uses PayPal for the processing of all online transactions. PayPal is a global service that moves the payment amount from your credit card to the merchant without sharing financial information. PayPal offer protection through leading security and fraud prevention systems, combining world class anti-fraud detection with 24/7 account monitoring. PayPal’s intelligent fraud prevention systems continuously analyze transaction data to keep our customers’ funds safer.
Why are your prices online different from the ones in store?
We offer online shoppers an exclusive 10% discount on our site (VAT inclusive) except for sale items as a thank you for shopping online with us!
Can I order items online and pick-up in-store?

We reserve the right to decline delivery to certain areas.
How long between order and delivery?
If you are located in the Port-of-Spain and neighbouring areas, we do our very best to process and deliver the items within 24 hours. If you are located in areas such as South, we ask for a 48 hour window as we use a third party for deliveries.
Is Tobago open for deliveries?
How soon after I order online can I pick-up in-store?
Once your order has been processed and you receive a confirmation email, you can expect your order to be ready for pick-up from our Naughty Grape store within an hour.
Can anyone receive the package when it’s delivered?
Identification from the recipient must be shown upon delivery. Ideally, we prefer to deliver directly to the person whose name is listed as recipient. In the event the recipient is not available to receive the package, we would still require their identification upon delivery.
What if I want to cancel my order?
If an order has been cancelled after it has been processed you will be charged a 10% cancellation fee.
What happens if I miss when my items are delivered?
Naughty Grape will notify you when your order will be delivered. It is your responsibility to be available. If you miss delivery you will be charged $25 for delivery. You will be contacted to reschedule delivery and you will be charged $25 for your order to be re-delivered.
Is your stock up-to-date?
We try our very best to keep the inventory online up-to-date. However, there are the rare occasions that an item may appear to be in-stock when it is really out of stock. If this happens, you will be contacted to make alternate arrangements or to cancel the order.
