How do I shop online at The Naughty Grape?
All online orders require a legal first & last name, contact number and address in order to be considered valid. Missing or inaccurate information may result in your order being cancelled.
Once an order has been successfully placed, you will first receive an email and then you will be contacted by a member of The Naughty Grape Customer Care Team within 1 business day.

For an order to be processed, your method of payment must be indicated. Payment options include:
- Credit Card payments online via WiPay
- Payment upon Pick Up in store (Mucurapo Road, St. James)
- Payment upon Delivery (via Linx/Credit Card)
- Payment via PayPal (processed in USD)
Generally, deliveries will be completed within 2 – 4 business days following the placement of an order. Free delivery on orders over $350 within POS & Environs and Free delivery on orders over $500 outside of these areas. At this time, we can only facilitate delivery within Trinidad and are unfortunately unable to accommodate delivery to Tobago. We are unable, by law, to deliver/ship orders to territories outside of Trinidad and Tobago.

What is the Black Tag offer?
TNG offers its customers a unique discount opportunity with Black Tag Pricing. In order to qualify for the Black Tag Price shown on certain products, your cart must contain a minimum of 4 Black Tag items. *You may add as many Black Tag items to your cart as you like. As long as there are 4 Black Tag items in your cart, the Black Tag price will be applied to ALL Black Tag items at check out. Note unless otherwise specified, the Black Tag price is not valid with any other sales, promotions or special offers. We do not offer a fixed discount on Non Black Tag Items unless indicated.
*Due to logistical constraints, we limit single and combined online orders to 36 items for home/office delivery. Online orders in excess of 36 items must be collected in store.

Are all items on the website available for delivery?
Yes, all items as seen on the website are available to order for delivery up to 36 items. Orders over 36 items must be picked up in-store. All deliveries occur between Monday – Friday.
Do you require minimum purchase amounts?
No. At this time, we do not require mandatory minimums on order value or order quantity, but we do limit the maximum number of items per order to 36, due to logistical constraints. This is subject to change at any time.
Why do some of your products have both a Regular Price and a Black Tag price?
With the purchase of 4 or more specially marked Black Tag items, Naughty Grape shoppers are entitled to up to 10% off each item!
How much does it cost to deliver?
Home delivery is free of charge on orders over $350 within POS & Environs and on orders over $500 outside of these areas.
What currency is used for your prices?
The Naughty Grape website lists all prices in TT dollars. However, when you complete an order, your invoice will be converted to US dollars.
Are your prices VAT inclusive?
Yes, all prices on our site, including sale prices, are VAT inclusive.
Can I order items online and pick-up in-store?
Yes! Payment and collection of your order can be done at our Mucurapo Road store.
What locations do you deliver to?
We deliver nationwide, however we reserve the right to decline delivery to certain areas. Unfortunately at this time we cannot accommodate delivery to Tobago.
How long does it take between order and delivery?
If you are located in Port of Spain or neighbouring areas, we will do our very best to process and deliver your items within 2 business days. If you are located in further areas, we ask for a 3 – 5 business day window.
How soon after I order online can I pick-up in-store?
Once your order has been processed and you receive a confirmation email, you can expect your order to be ready for pick-up from our Naughty Grape stores within an hour.
Can anyone receive the package when it’s delivered?
Identification from the recipient must be shown upon delivery. Ideally, we prefer to deliver directly to the person whose name is listed as recipient. In the event the recipient is not available to receive the package, we would still require their identification upon delivery.
What if I want to cancel my order?
If an order has been cancelled after it has been processed you will be charged a 10% cancellation fee.
What happens if I miss when my items are delivered?
Naughty Grape will notify you when your order will be delivered. It is your responsibility to be available. If you miss the delivery you will be contacted to reschedule delivery and charged $25 for your order to be re-delivered.
Is your stock up-to-date?
We try our very best to keep our inventory up-to-date. However, there are the rare occasions that an item may appear to be in-stock when it is really out of stock. If this happens, you will be contacted to make alternate arrangements or to cancel the order.
